Most replacements take 60-90 minutes, plus a safe-drive-away time of ~30 minutes for the adhesive to set.

Yes, chip repairs typically take 20-30 minutes and help prevent cracks from spreading.

Do you offer mobile service or in-shop only?
We offer both. Mobile service is available across the Twin Cities at your home or work. In-shop visits are recommended for complex installs and calibrations.

Can you file my insurance claim?
Yes. We work with all major insurers and can handle the claim and billing. You're only responsible for your deductible if applicable.
Will my rates go up if I claim glass damage?
Many insurers treat glass differently from collision; check your policy. We'll help you understand options before filing.

Parts & Quality
OEM vs. aftermarket glass, what's the difference?
OEM is made to the automaker's spec and branding. High-quality aftermarket meets or exceeds federal safety standards and is often used by insurers.
What adhesives and primers do you use?
We use OEM-approved urethanes and primers that meet FMVSS safety standards for proper bonding and safe-drive-away times.
Do you reuse moldings and sensors?
We reuse compatible components when safe; otherwise we replace with OEM-quality parts.
ADAS Calibration
How long does calibration take?
30-90 minutes depending on make/model and whether static, dynamic, or both are required.
Do you provide calibration reports?
Yes, documentation is included for your records and insurer if needed.
Will my cameras and sensors need calibration?
Usually yes after a windshield replacement. We perform static and dynamic calibrations per OEM/AGSC guidelines.
Warranty & Aftercare
What warranty do you provide?
Lifetime workmanship warranty, including a no-leak guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.
What if it rains or snows on my appointment day?
Mobile installs can proceed if conditions allow a clean, dry bond. Otherwise we'll reschedule or move in-shop.
I still hear wind noise—what should I do?
Contact us and we'll inspect and reseal/adjust as needed at no charge under warranty.
